Role: Project Director

• Managed a team of project managers and oversaw the budget, timeline, production and programming of store operations.

• Coordinated multiple teams and stakeholders to meet project checkpoints - Google Clients (Jack Colley, Cheryl Eng, Natalie Stone, Meenu Khera), internal design team, DeepLocal (creative tech agency), Jack Morton and more.

• Oversaw GC facility modifications and upgrades (floor, signage, electrical, lighting, plumbing, etc…) and installation of fixtures and product.

• Hired and supervised Google Hardware Store Managers and coordinated needs across 3rd party staffing agency and Google.
