Role: Project Director [SET Creative]

• Led a team of Senior Project Managers responsible for the project budget, timeline, production and install oversight.

• Partnered with designers to present rounds of concepting and design for Client review and approval of store and fixture design.

• Compiled samples of materials and finishes, developed prototypes, and oversaw production of deliverables.

• Partnered with architectural firm and GCs to coordinate utility and facility needs to make the space operational.

• Coordinated production vendors to prototype and produce modular fixture systems.
